Late Bloomers Rejoice!

I am a late bloomer.  I was first introduced to henna when I was 36, and didn’t really get going until I was 40.  Actually, I still feel like I’m in bud form, not quite fully blossomed, yet.  And that’s a good thing.  Because if you reached your peak at age 18, it’s a long way down… but if you’re still climbing 40 years later, then you have a wonderful journey still to come…

The world is filled with late bloomers and one lovely resource to learn about them (us) is Late Bloomers, a blog about people who have come into their own when others felt they were past their prime.  It’s a celebration of people who never gave up, continued to try new things, and still make a difference.  Bram Stoker, Julia Child, Raymond Chandler, and the list goes deliciously on.  Debra Eve is a writer, biographer, inspiration and passionate liver of life.

Check out her blog, get the free e-book…. and bloom when you’re good and ready.
